Road Food

Nearly everybody who knows Sabine and me also knows that food means a lot to us. We like to try different kinds of food, we like to cook food and we probably also talk more about food than most people.

Green Chile Stew / Chile Verde

1000 g   Pork (eg. shoulder)
2   Onions
2 cloves   Garlic
½ Tblsp   Cumin
10-12   Anaheim chiles
2 Tblsp   Flour
    Oil for frying
    Salt
    Peper
7-8 dl   Chicken (or pork) stock

Chili Peppers and Clams

After moving to Denmark we have got some food problems!! Yes food problems. It seems almost impossible to get fresh Anaheim (or New Mexico) Chili and Poblano Chili – two of our favorite “vegetables” ;-) .. and canned clams, hard clams, for making Clam Chowder (San Francisco style naturally).

Clams we probably can get fresh (have not tried yet) or maybe in Germany, where the itailan (yes they use them too) food sources are more readily avalible.

Review of “Qstarz BT-Q1000P”

Last year, just before a large roadtrip, I was looking at buying a GPS logger to log where we drove, but also to tag our pictures with the GSP location where it was taken.
